Frequently asked questions
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your account until used; there is no expiry date.
How do I access jobs and send offers?
When you see a job you are interested in, you only pay if you want to send a quote. Unlocking the client’s contact details automatically allows you to send a quote. Requests use a credit system: buy a package and use it when you want. Contacting a client costs €2–€4 on average.
Can I get a refund for purchased credits?
Purchased credits are non-refundable under the existing policy.
Is there a subscription or commission?
No. Professionals pay for job access as they choose it. TaskBody does not charge a subscription or take commission on service work.
How is payment for the actual service handled?
Payment for the service work is arranged directly between the client and the professional, outside TaskBody.
